Life is full of transitions. Some expected, others unexpected, and navigating them can feel overwhelming. Whether you're adjusting to parenthood, facing career shifts, or moving through grief and loss, you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a warm, supportive space to help you process these changes, heal from past experiences, and build the resilience needed to move forward.

I specialize in perinatal mental health, working with individuals through the profound shifts of pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenthood. I understand the complexities of this journey, both the joy and the challenges, and I’m here to help you navigate anxiety, identity shifts, relationship changes, birth trauma, and more.

In addition to my work with parents, I support teens and adults experiencing life changes, mood disorders, and relationship challenges. Adolescence is a time of intense growth and self-discovery, and I help teens build confidence, resilience, and coping skills to navigate the pressures they face.

I also have experience working with first responders, providing a space to process the stress, trauma, and demands of their work. Whether you're struggling with burnout, personal challenges, or the weight of the job, I offer a supportive and grounded approach to help you regain balance.

My goal is to meet you where you are, offering a compassionate and personalized approach to therapy. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, strengthen your sense of self, and create a path toward healing and growth.

Background

I’m a California native with roots in the Bay Area and a love for Southern California’s natural beauty, where I spend time with my family exploring the outdoors, enjoying all the great food, and adventuring with our sweet German Shepherd. As a mom, I’m learning daily about the joys and quirks of parenthood, finding balance, and embracing the ups and downs along the way.

I have a love for pilates, and I believe in the grounding energy of movement, connection, and laughter. I’m passionate about building community and making space for all of life’s layers. Whether it’s sharing stories, exploring identity shifts, or simply figuring things out together, I’m here for the journey— just as much a learner as a guide.

My journey has taken me from studying Psychology to earning a Master’s in Counseling Psychology, which fueled my passion for supporting others. I’ve worked in a range of diverse mental health settings—including hospitals, schools, group and private practices, and with nonprofits- gaining experiences that continually shape my approach.
